Mickey Ninja is a vodka shaken with muddled fresh orange slices and cucumber with a dash of whisky while Mandalay Bay combines jasmine tea infused with vodka, shaken with lime juice, orange slices and topped with ginger beer. Fatty Sour is a sensual blend of fresh raspberries; whisky and lime, Beach Blonde is a refreshing combination of gin, coconut water, jaggery and lemongrass. Cocktails crafted from first class spirits, house-made syrups and locally sourced fresh produce, an impressive wine list with selections by the glass and bottle and a full-bar service includes premium spirits and beers. For the traditionalists and less adventurous, well-executed classic cocktails, single malts and premium spirits are also served.
